By using the Dukaan Mitraa app or www.dukaanmitraa.com, you agree to these terms. Operated by DUKAAN AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Service description
Dukaan Mitraa helps shop owners record sales, purchases, stock, customer credit (udhaar), and business insights. It is a record-keeping and assistant tool — not a payment gateway, bank, lender, or marketplace that sells goods to consumers.
You choose at onboarding whether your shop tracks customer credit and inventory stock. Features shown depend on shop type and your plan status.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login (OTP) and Dukaan PIN secure.
- Enter accurate business data; you are responsible for business decisions.
- Use the service lawfully and only for your own shop operations.
- Do not misuse the app to harass customers or send spam via WhatsApp.
Business account & plans
“Business account” in the app means your subscription / trial status for Dukaan Mitraa features (e.g. trial period, plan tier, renewal date). It is not a bank account or payment wallet.
New shops may receive a free trial with full features. After the trial, some features may require renewal. Renewal and paid plans are handled directly with Dukaan Mitraa (sales / invoice) — not through Google Play in-app purchases in the current app version.

No payment processing
The app does not process UPI, card, or cash payments from your customers. Bill amounts and udhaar balances are records you maintain. Any real-world collection of money happens outside the app.

Dukaan Mitraa is not a chartered accountant, lawyer, tax advisor, or licensed financial institution. AI suggestions and reports are helpers only — verify important figures before acting on them.
Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
Privacy & account deletion
See our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page. Export or delete your account from Settings in the app.
